I personalize every massage to what my clients want and need. I integrate several different types of massage into each session: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Myokinesthetic, Aromatherapy, and Hot Stone. There is no extra charge for any of these services, as I feel you are paying for the result - how I get there should not be up to your pocketbook but up to my skills and knowledge.  Industry standard for other massage therapists is to increase the price for Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, or Raindrop Technique - I do not.

    Swedish
This is your classic soothing massage. This massage uses long gliding strokes to increase circulation and induce relaxation. It will also help to decrease muscle toxins, improve flexibility while easing tension.

     Deep Tissue
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense - however "no pain no gain" is NOT the goal with this massage! It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots.

     Sports
Sports massage is geared toward athletes of every kind, from world class professionals to weekend warriors. The massage focuses on a specific group of muscles associated with the athletes' sport. This massage uses a lot of stretching techniques that promote flexibility, remove fatigue, improve endurance, help prevent injuries, and prepare them to compete at their absolute best.

     Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is use of the highest grade essential oils either in combination with your lotion, or applied directly to your skin during any type of massage.  Not only does it smell fantastic, but there are healing properties of the essential oils that will aide in greater relaxation and with your therapeutic relief. There is no additional charge for Aromatherapy.

     Hot Stone
This massage uses sleek heated basalt stones. The therapist uses the heated stones in place of their hands, allowing the smooth weight and heat of the rocks to easily and luxuriously melt tension in muscle tissue like butter. With long gliding strokes of warmth it is a deeply soothing and relaxing form of massage. This can be used in combination with Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage techniques. There is no additional charge for Hot Stone.

     Myokinesthetic
Balance your posture and alleviate pain by using this specialized treatment. This technique starts with a postural analysis, then based off your postural imbalance, a certain nerve root is treated by range of motion and stimulation of specific muscles along that nerve root. The client stays clothed the entire time and treatments vary based on your postural analysis.

       Raindrop Technique
Detoxify your body with this amazing essential oil Raindrop Technique! Ideal for anyone seeking to: boost immunity, relax muscles, realign the spine in a non-manipulative way, reduce inflamation, and enhance overall well being. This sequence of highly antimicrobial Young Living essential oils will rapidly begin a therapeutic process on a cellular level. Nine oils are dropped onto your feet and back, complemented by massage. After the application of oils a hot compress is placed on the back to expedite oil absorption and muscle relaxation.
